We understand your need to receive your order promptly and affordably; therefore we process orders throughout Monday to Saturday and provide free standard shipping on thousands of designs. We offer delivery all over India. Shipping costs are determined by factors such as item size, weight, destination and more.

An order typically gets delivered in minimum 1 to maximum 8 business days with in India under normal conditions.

How to Track Your Order

The shipping confirmation email you receive after payment is approved and your order leaves our warehouse will contain an order number you can use to track your shipment until it arrives at your door.

Out of Stock items

It is our goal to keep all listed merchandise in stock, but we may occasionally run out. We will notify you by email if we are out of stock on an item you ordered. You will then have the option of continuing/changing with the order or cancelling it.

Cancellations and Changes

We recommend you contact Customer Service immediately if you wish to cancel or make changes to an order at +919811033372 The majority of items ship within two business days, with some items shipping the same day of your order, so if you wish to change or cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. You will not be guaranteed a cancellation / change until you receive an email confirming it.

Damaged Merchandise

Despite our best efforts, sometimes breakage does occur. We will replace damaged merchandise as soon as possible if you receive it. We make every effort to pack items so they will arrive at your door safely. Ltd. provides PAN India shipping for all its products. All orders undergo strict 3 Step quality check prior to packing and shipping. All our products are insured for transit damages. All orders are processed and dispatched within 7 working days from the date of order placement. A customer is notified through email/contact no. when his/her order is dispatched from our end. The email also contains shipping information to help him/her track his/her respective order. The expected delivery day for each product is mentioned on our website. Please check the expected delivery days for each product before placing an order. An order typically gets delivered within 1-8 (minimum 1 day and maximum 8) business days (within India, under normal conditions). If there is any delay, caused due to any unforeseeable reason, the same is communicated to the customer. Cancellation Policy

We request you to kindly read the Terms & Conditions of our Cancellation Policy stated below before placing or cancelling an order on www.kapoorlampshades.com

All orders placed onwww.kapoorlampshades.com should be cancelled within 24 hours.

No Question Asked Policy: If you would like to cancel a product, no questions asked, The Light Store will charge you a 15% re-stocking fee.

An item cannot be cancelled in isolation from an order. In such instances, the entire order should be cancelled within 24 hours of placement and a fresh order should be placed.

Order cancellation requests take about 24-48 business hours to get processed.

Payment for orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement will be refunded within 4 business days after the cancellation is processed.

Payment for orders cancelled after 24 hours of placement will be refunded within 10-15 business days after the cancellation is processed. In this case, we will also deduct 5% of the total order value towards cancellation charges and refund the remaining balance to you (as stated in Point No. 3 above).

Orders CANNOT be cancelled after they are shipped.

Kindly Note: The terms of our Privacy Policy are subject to change at any point of time without any prior notice.

Please Note:

Apart from conditions reserved herein above, the following orders shall not be eligible for return or replacement under our 15-Days Replacement Warranty:

Any product that exhibits usage and/or physical damage

Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories including the retail box, manuals, cables and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.

*On receiving Your complaint, The Kapoor Lamp Shades shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if The Kapoor Lamp Shades is convinced that the complaint is genuine, we will start initiate the replacement process.

Refund Policy

We request you to kindly read the Terms & Conditions of our Refund Policy stated below before placing an order at www.kapoorlampshades.com

A full refund of the payment amount is applicable only if a customer chooses to cancel his/her order.

Refunds CANNOT be made in parts, since items ordered cannot be cancelled in isolation from an entire order.

Payment for orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement will be refunded within 7 business days after the cancellation is processed.

Payment for orders cancelled after 24 hours of placement will be refunded within 15 business days after the cancellation is processed. In this case, we will also deduct 15% of the total order value towards cancellation charges and refund the remaining balance to the customer.

The terms of our Refund Policy are not bound by the terms of our Return & Replacement Policy. Therefore, the terms of refund are NOT applicable for products with manufacturing defects or orders with tampered/damaged packaging.
