1. Offer Eligibility

  1. The “Shop for ₹29,000 & Above – Get 6 Months Extended Warranty” offer (“Offer”) is available on eligible purchases made through the official website of Kapoor E-Illuminations Pvt. Ltd.
  2. The Offer is applicable where the final eligible purchase/cart value is ₹29,000 or above, inclusive of applicable taxes.
  3. The Offer is applicable only to eligible retail customers purchasing products for personal/domestic use.
  4. The Offer may be applicable only to products/categories specifically identified by the Company as eligible under the promotional campaign.
  5. The Offer is subject to successful completion of the order and payment and is not applicable to cancelled, fraudulent, rejected or otherwise ineligible transactions.
  6. Institutional, commercial, bulk, project, developer, B2B or special-price orders may be excluded at the Company's discretion.

2. Extended Warranty Benefit

Eligible customers choosing this Offer will receive:

Standard Warranty: 12 Months
Promotional Extended Warranty: Additional 6 Months
Total Warranty Coverage: 18 Months from the date of purchase

The additional 6-month warranty will commence immediately after completion of the original 12-month standard warranty period.

Example:

If the product is purchased on 15 October 2026:

  • Standard warranty: 15 October 2026 – 14 October 2027
  • Extended warranty: 15 October 2027 – 14 April 2028
  • Total coverage: 18 months

The extended warranty does not run concurrently with the standard warranty.

3. What the Extended Warranty Covers

  1. The extended warranty will cover eligible manufacturing defects in the product or its covered components, subject to the Company's standard warranty policy.
  2. During the extended warranty period, the Company may, at its discretion, repair the defective product, replace defective component(s), or provide an equivalent solution, depending on the nature and availability of the product/component.
  3. Any replacement component/product may be new, refurbished or equivalent in functionality, subject to availability and applicable Company policy.
  4. The extended warranty does not automatically mean replacement of the complete product.
  5. The Company's assessment of whether a defect qualifies for warranty service will be based on inspection/testing by the Company or its authorised service personnel.

4. Standard Warranty Terms Continue to Apply

The additional 6-month warranty shall be subject to the same applicable warranty terms, exclusions, usage conditions and service procedures as the Company's standard product warranty, except where specifically stated otherwise in these Offer T&Cs.

This approach is consistent with industry warranty-extension structures, where the promotional extension supplements rather than replaces the underlying warranty terms. Panasonic

5. Exclusions from Warranty

The extended warranty shall generally not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by improper installation or electrical installation.
  • Damage caused by voltage fluctuation, power surge, short circuit or unsuitable electrical supply.
  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, mishandling or accidental damage.
  • Physical damage, breakage, dents, scratches or damage after delivery.
  • Glass breakage or damage to fragile decorative components due to handling or accident.
  • Damage caused by water, moisture, flooding, fire or other external causes.
  • Damage resulting from unauthorised repair, alteration, modification or tampering.
  • Damage caused by installation or servicing by an unauthorised person.
  • Damage caused by failure to follow product installation, operation, cleaning or maintenance instructions.
  • Consumable/replacement items specifically excluded under the standard warranty.
  • Labour, dismantling, reinstallation, scaffolding, civil work, false-ceiling work or other infrastructure-related costs, unless expressly covered under the Company's applicable warranty policy.
  • Transportation/logistics costs, where excluded under the applicable warranty policy.
  • Damage arising from commercial/industrial use where the product is specified for domestic use.
  • Any consequential, incidental or indirect loss, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These exclusions reflect common lighting-industry warranty practices; for example, Jaquar expressly excludes improper installation, mishandling, unauthorised repairs, unsuitable electrical input, natural wear and certain external events from its lighting warranty. Jaquar

6. Proof of Purchase

  1. A valid purchase invoice/order number will be required to claim warranty service.
  2. Warranty will ordinarily be calculated from the invoice date unless otherwise required by applicable law.
  3. The warranty is applicable to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless expressly permitted by the Company.

7. One Customer – One Promotional Benefit

Customers can avail ONLY ONE of the following promotional benefits against an eligible purchase:

OPTION 1 — Glow Cash / Cashback

OR

OPTION 2 — 6 Months Extended Warranty

OR

OPTION 3 — Free Surprise Gift

The above benefits cannot be combined, clubbed or exchanged with one another.

Once a customer has selected/availed one promotional benefit, the customer shall not subsequently claim another promotional benefit against the same transaction.

For example:

A customer purchasing products worth ₹29,000 or above cannot claim both Glow Cash + Extended Warranty, or Extended Warranty + Free Surprise Gift, against the same order.

This “non-clubbing” provision should be prominent in your campaign creative as well as the detailed T&Cs.

8. Selection of Offer

  1. The promotional benefit available to the customer will be subject to the campaign rules displayed on the website/order page.
  2. Where the website provides an option to select the promotional benefit, the customer's selected option will be considered final after order confirmation.
  3. The Company may determine the applicable promotional benefit where the offer is automatically assigned by the website/system.
  4. A customer cannot request conversion of an already selected Extended Warranty into cashback or a free gift after order confirmation.

9. Returns, Cancellation and Refunds

  1. If the qualifying order is cancelled, rejected or fully refunded, the Extended Warranty promotional benefit will automatically stand cancelled.
  2. If products are partially returned and the final eligible purchase value falls below ₹29,000, the customer may cease to qualify for the promotional benefit.
  3. If the Extended Warranty has already been activated/recorded and the underlying qualifying purchase is subsequently cancelled or materially reversed, the Company reserves the right to withdraw the promotional warranty benefit, subject to applicable law.
  4. The promotional Extended Warranty has no independent cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, cashback, discount or another promotional benefit.

10. Product Replacement During Warranty

If a product is replaced under warranty, the replacement product will ordinarily carry the remaining warranty period of the original product, and replacement shall not automatically restart or extend the warranty period, unless otherwise specified by the Company or required by applicable law.

11. Service & Installation

  1. Warranty service shall be provided in accordance with the Company's applicable service policy.
  2. Customer may be required to make the product available for inspection.
  3. For installed lighting products, the customer may be required to arrange dismantling/removal and reinstallation where necessary, unless such service is expressly included in the Company's warranty policy.
  4. Any electrical, civil, false-ceiling, scaffolding or infrastructure work required for accessing the product may be chargeable to the customer unless specifically covered by the Company.

12. Offer Availability

  1. The Offer is subject to availability of eligible products and may be restricted to selected products/categories.
  2. Free Surprise Gifts, where applicable, are subject to availability and may be substituted with an item of comparable nature/value at the Company's discretion.
  3. Product images used in promotional communication are for representation purposes only; the actual surprise gift may differ.

13. Offer Modification or Withdrawal

Kapoor E-Illuminations Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to modify, suspend, withdraw, extend or terminate the Offer or modify its terms at any time.

Where reasonably practicable, material changes may be communicated through the website or other appropriate customer communication channels.

The Company will not use this provision to unlawfully deprive a customer of a benefit already validly accrued.

Industry promotional T&Cs commonly reserve the right to modify or withdraw offers, while warranty promotions similarly reserve this right. LG IN

14. Fraudulent or Abusive Transactions

The Company reserves the right to reject an Offer where it reasonably believes that a transaction involves:

  • Fraudulent activity.
  • Multiple accounts created to obtain duplicate promotional benefits.
  • Manipulation of orders or cart values.
  • False or incomplete customer information.
  • Unauthorised resale/commercial exploitation.
  • Abuse of promotional codes or offer mechanisms.
  • Any attempt to circumvent the one-offer-per-customer restriction.

15. No Combination With Other Offers

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

This Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, cashback, coupon, discount, free gift, loyalty benefit or special promotion.

Where multiple promotions are available, the customer may avail only one eligible promotional benefit per qualifying transaction.

16. Taxes

All applicable taxes, duties and statutory charges relating to the purchase shall be governed by applicable law.

Any tax implications arising from promotional benefits, gifts or other incentives, wherever applicable, shall be dealt with in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

17. Limitation of Promotional Benefit

The Extended Warranty offered under this promotion has no separate monetary/cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged or encashed.

The promotional benefit is linked to the qualifying product/order and cannot be transferred independently to another customer.

18. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall be construed as restricting or excluding any mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable Indian law.

The Company will comply with applicable consumer-protection and e-commerce requirements. This is particularly important because Indian consumer authorities have recently taken action concerning potentially misleading claims around lighting product lifespan and warranty representations. Doca

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and the jurisdiction of competent consumer authorities/forums, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Kapoor E-Illuminations Pvt. Ltd.

Nothing contained herein shall restrict any statutory rights available to consumers.

20. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing an eligible product and selecting/availing the Extended Warranty promotion, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
