1. Offer Eligibility

1. The “Glow Cash – Instant Cashback” offer is available only on eligible prepaid orders placed through the official website of Kapoor E-Illuminations Pvt. Ltd.
2. The offer is valid only for purchases made online through www.kapoorlampshades.com during the Offer Period.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD), partially paid orders, offline purchases, marketplace purchases, institutional orders and orders placed through any third-party platform are not eligible for this offer.
4. The offer is available once per user/customer during the entire Offer Period.

2. Glow Cash Cashback Structure

*Purchase value means the final eligible cart value inclusive of applicable taxes, after applicable discounts, but subject to the exclusions and conditions specified in these Terms & Conditions.

Maximum Glow Cash benefit per eligible customer/order is ₹10,000.

3. How the Cashback Works

1. Glow Cash is not paid as a cash refund or bank/UPI credit.
2. The eligible cashback will be issued in the form of a unique promotional coupon code.
3. The unique coupon code will be sent to the email address provided by the customer at the time of placing the eligible order.
4. Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address.
5. Kapoor E-Illuminations Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for non-receipt of the coupon due to an incorrect email address, full inbox, spam/junk filtering, technical issues attributable to the customer's email service provider, or other circumstances beyond the company's reasonable control.
6. The coupon is intended solely for the eligible customer and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, sold or encashed.

4. Coupon Validity

1. The Glow Cash coupon will be valid for a maximum period of 30 days from the date of the qualifying purchase, unless a shorter validity period is specifically mentioned in the coupon communication.
2. The coupon may be redeemed on a subsequent eligible purchase made through www.kapoorlampshades.com within its validity period.
3. The coupon must be used before its expiry date. Expired coupons will automatically become invalid and will not be revalidated, extended or replaced.
4. The Glow Cash coupon may also be redeemed immediately on the customer's next eligible purchase, provided all applicable conditions are satisfied.

5. Minimum Purchase Requirement for Redemption

1. The Glow Cash coupon can be redeemed only against a subsequent purchase having a minimum eligible cart value of more than ₹10,000, inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified in the coupon communication.
2. The minimum purchase requirement must be satisfied in a single transaction.
3. Applicable shipping charges, gift wrapping charges or other non-product charges, where separately levied, shall not be considered part of the eligible product/cart value for determining the minimum purchase requirement.

6. One-Time Usage

1. The Glow Cash offer is limited to one qualifying benefit per user/customer during the Offer Period.
2. A customer shall not be entitled to receive multiple Glow Cash benefits by placing multiple qualifying orders.
3. Kapoor E-Illuminations Pvt. Ltd. may determine a user/customer based on reasonable account, order, contact, payment, email, mobile number or other transaction-related information for the purpose of preventing misuse or duplicate claims.

7. Coupon Restrictions

Unless specifically stated otherwise:

• Glow Cash cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Glow Cash cannot be transferred or sold.
• Glow Cash cannot be combined with another promotional coupon or cashback offer.
• Only one Glow Cash coupon may be used per transaction.
• Glow Cash cannot be applied retrospectively to an order that has already been placed.
• Glow Cash cannot be exchanged for any other monetary benefit.
• Any unused balance of the Glow Cash coupon, if applicable, will not be paid or converted into cash.

8. Cancellation, Return, Refund & Order Modification

1. If the qualifying order is cancelled, fully refunded, rejected or otherwise becomes ineligible, the corresponding Glow Cash benefit shall automatically stand cancelled/withdrawn.
2. If a qualifying order is partially returned or refunded and, as a result, the final eligible transaction value falls below the applicable cashback threshold, Kapoor E-Illuminations Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or adjust the Glow Cash benefit.
3. If Glow Cash has already been issued or redeemed and the qualifying transaction is subsequently cancelled, refunded or materially adjusted, the company may cancel the unused coupon or recover/adjust the corresponding benefit, subject to applicable law.
4. A Glow Cash coupon has no independent cash value and shall not be refundable or replaceable once issued, except where required by applicable law.

9. Offer Modification or Withdrawal

1. Kapoor E-Illuminations Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to modify, suspend, withdraw, extend or terminate this offer, or modify its terms, at any time.
2. Any material modification, suspension or withdrawal of the offer will be communicated through the website or other appropriate customer communication channels where reasonably practicable.
3. Any such modification or withdrawal shall not affect Glow Cash benefits that have already been validly issued and whose redemption rights have accrued, except where cancellation is necessary due to fraud, misuse, technical error, legal/regulatory requirements or other circumstances permitted by applicable law.

10. Fraud, Abuse & Misuse

Kapoor E-Illuminations Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel an order, invalidate a Glow Cash coupon or refuse the offer where it reasonably believes that the transaction involves:

• fraudulent activity;
• duplicate or multiple accounts created to obtain the offer;
• misuse or unauthorised sharing of promotional codes;
• manipulation of cart/order values;
• incorrect or misleading customer information;
• technical exploitation of the offer; or
• any other attempt to circumvent these Terms & Conditions.

11. Technical Errors

If the Glow Cash benefit is incorrectly generated, duplicated or credited due to a technical, system, pricing or processing error, Kapoor E-Illuminations Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to correct the error and, where legally permissible, cancel incorrectly generated benefits.

The company will not be responsible for temporary website downtime, payment-gateway failure, internet connectivity problems, email delivery failure or other technical interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

12. No Misrepresentation

The offer is subject to the eligibility criteria and conditions stated herein. Customers should review the applicable terms before making a purchase. Promotional communications shall be interpreted together with these Terms & Conditions. Indian consumer-protection rules require e-commerce advertising and product/offer representations to correspond with actual availability and characteristics.

13. Taxes

Any applicable taxes, duties or statutory charges relating to the underlying purchase shall be dealt with in accordance with applicable law. The cashback benefit does not constitute a cash payment to the customer.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and the jurisdiction of competent consumer forums/authorities, any dispute arising in connection with this offer shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Kapoor E-Illuminations Pvt. Ltd.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall restrict any statutory rights or remedies available to a consumer under applicable law. The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 expressly covers online transactions and provides consumer dispute-redress mechanisms.

15. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in the Glow Cash offer constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, subject always to the customer's statutory rights under applicable law.
