Offer Period: 9 October 2026 to 10 November 2026, or until the first 50 eligible orders have been fulfilled, whichever occurs earlier.

1. Offer Eligibility

  1. The offer is available on eligible online purchases made through www.kapoorlampshades.com during the offer period.

  2. The first 50 eligible orders with a final purchase value of ₹25,000 or above, inclusive of applicable taxes, will qualify for one complimentary premium festive accessory.

  3. Eligibility will be determined based on the order confirmation timestamp and successful payment confirmation.

  4. Only successfully paid and confirmed orders will be counted towards the first 50 qualifying orders.

  5. Cancelled, fraudulent, rejected or otherwise ineligible orders will not qualify.

2. Complimentary Gift

  1. Each eligible order will receive one complimentary premium festive accessory, selected by Kapoor E-Illuminations Pvt. Ltd.

  2. The accessory will be provided subject to availability and will not be exchangeable for cash, cashback, discount or any other monetary benefit.

  3. The gift is non-transferable and cannot be sold or redeemed separately.

  4. Product images used in promotional communication are illustrative. The actual accessory may vary in design, colour or style.

  5. If the advertised accessory becomes unavailable, the Company may provide an alternative of comparable nature and value.

3. One Promotional Benefit per Order

Customers may avail only one promotional benefit per eligible order from the following options:

  • Glow Cash – Instant Cashback

  • 6 Months Extended Warranty

  • Complimentary Premium Festive Accessory

These offers cannot be combined or clubbed against the same order. The customer must select one available promotional benefit, wherever selection is offered on the website or during the purchase process.

4. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

  1. If an order is cancelled or fully refunded, the customer will no longer qualify for the offer.

  2. If a partial return reduces the final eligible purchase value below ₹25,000, the Company may withdraw the promotional benefit, subject to applicable law.

  3. If the complimentary gift has already been dispatched, any adjustment or recovery will be handled in accordance with the applicable return policy and law.

5. Availability and Fulfilment

  1. The offer is limited to the first 50 qualifying orders and is not guaranteed for every purchase above ₹25,000.

  2. The Company may verify eligibility before confirming the gift.

  3. The complimentary accessory may be shipped with the purchased products or separately, depending on availability and fulfilment arrangements.

6. Modification or Withdrawal

Kapoor E-Illuminations Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the offer where permitted by applicable law. Any changes will not unlawfully affect benefits already validly earned by eligible customers.

7. General Conditions

  1. The offer is valid only on eligible purchases made through the Company's official website.

  2. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively to completed orders.

  3. The Company may reject claims involving fraud, duplicate claims or misuse of the promotion.

  4. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any statutory consumer rights under applicable Indian law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and the jurisdiction of competent courts and consumer authorities.
